Live the food! Best white queso around

The cheese dip is too thick for my taste. Other than that, my food was excellent!

Totillas tasted like old grease. When brought to their attention, they passed the buck on and on. Were told that they would discount food, then told us they couldn't We asked for a manager,,,,never got to see one. We were told so many different things, we just paid and left. We were digusted at the response to even check out the totillas for themselves, sad!!!!!

Great service, friendly atmosphere, average food. Nothing about this place is bad but when it comes to the food, nothing really stands out. "Queso" is just American/Velveeta blend and salsa is heavily tomato/ketchup flavored.I'd come back but only for the friendly service.

I just love Amigo Juan in Texarkana! This is one of my favorite restaurants in this city. The food is always delicious and cooked exactly to order, the service is great, and I absolutely love the festive atmosphere! Last week my daughter, granddaughter, and I had dinner there. We were overwhelmed with great food and great service! Our server, Seth, was absolutely awesome! Thank you, Amigo Juan, for an excellent meal and dining experience!

I recently went and bought a chimichanga Grande and I asked for the carne asada meat that they serve at night time instead I was served a fajita meat my chimichanga didn't even have rice in the inside it has so much tomato sauce that I couldn't even taste the little bit of meat that was in it

Go to any hospital, the food will be better. The presentation and temperature were good but the food had absolutely no flavor. I did not even eat half of the meal. My dog didn't seem to mind the leftovers but the again she eats coons, skunks and deer that have been dead for days. Don't be fooled by the "reviews". The one star is for the decor.

Stopped by for lunch & was not disappointed. Staff made sure our drinks and chips were full all times. We even got offered to go drinks which is very rare. Service was fast and the food was excellent. Also, the best part was it was super cheap for two people! For the amount of food we got, it was definitely a steal. Cheers from Pennsylvania 😊

Great food and service was exceptional. We had a big group and the she stayed on top of everything. Nachos were great and when they say full it's a lot of food so you'll probably take some home.

Good solid restuarant for a good bite to eat. I just wish the food was more spicy, but this won't keep me from going back.

First and foremost the staff (at least for lunch) were not the friendliest. My boyfriend and I said please and thank you and smiled and they just looked at us like they were never taught manners. The chips and green sauce were the highlight of the experience; salsa was meh. Then we got our entrees.... My bacon wrapped shrimp was burnt to a crisp, my rice was cold and so we're my beans (the consistency was water-y as well). It tasted like it was heated in microwave. My boyfriend got enchiladas and the cheese he got on top was like nothing I've ever seen. He said it tasted like "cheap canned cheese" and that "it had been nuked in the microwave several times".... Never again

Excellent food, the best cheese dip I've ever gotten at a Mexican restaurant. Our waitress was jovial and absolutely wonderful. Beautiful and colorful decor. It's just a very happy place to have a meal.

Always wonderful! Staff very friendly and even tho we only make it in passing thru. They remember us!! So cool.

This place was great! The salsa was a little bland but the food was good. Our server Adam was the best server I’ve had. Speedy service , good food , great experience! Work on the salsa 🤣

One of the best places to grab a bite to eat. Always busy, but they are very professional and turn tables quickly. Food is amazing, get great portions for the price. I look forward to visiting here every time I visit family in the area!

Nice & friendly service BUT Horrible food! I ordered the shrimp chihuahua style and the shrimp were hard, overcooked and had some sort of gross hard skin and the bacon it was wrapped in had a weird fat film like it was days old or at least left out for hours and not freshly made. The rice was decent but the beans had a "from a can" taste so I imagine they were canned beans. This place is no good and much less for the prices they have. One last plus... the bathrooms were clean 🤷🏽‍♀️
